Essex Partners are uniting behind a shared vision for the county's future.

The world around us is changing, we're having to compete for investment in our county and work harder to solve the pressures on our communities and to tackle areas of deprivation within the county.

As Essex Partners we want to work as a collective to set out our ambitions for our county in the Future of Essex, a place where we can unite behind a common sense of identity, a shared sense of common purpose, something we can all work towards delivering over the next two decades to make Essex an even greater place to live than it already is.

As Chief Executive of Essex County Council I share that sense of responsibility to play my part in bringing that vision to life.
