University to host data sharing conference

The University of Essex is hosting a Catalyst Conference on Wednesday 26 June to explore effective data sharing practices and transformation opportunities, and to look at best practice evaluation techniques to measure the impact of data sharing on public services.

The free conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear about the work the partnership between the University of Essex, Suffolk County Council and Essex County Council has achieved.

A panel discussion between Gavin Jones, Chief Executive, Essex County Council, Nicola Beach, Chief Executive, Suffolk County Council, BJ Harrington, Chief Constable, Essex Police, and Prof Lorna Fox O'Mahony, Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Essex, will discuss how data science can help to transform services within local government.

Reserve your free place. Visit the Catalyst website to learn more about the Conference programme details as they emerge.
