Recruitment is now live for the next cohort of whole system leaders who will collaborate as part of a one year programme to “Lead Greater Essex”.

The leadership development programme will support 50 leaders, and future cohorts across Essex, Southend and Thurrock to operate confidently and effectively across organisational boundaries.

We are looking for participants that are already displaying, high leadership potential and strong leadership behaviours, who believe in the impact of delivering whole system collaborative agendas and are enthusiastic and committed to their personal development.

Applications are open until noon on Monday 23 April 2018, the programme commences in June 2018.
