Candidates from across Greater Essex are invited to apply to join the next Leading Greater Essex programme, a unique and transformative opportunity that will enable individuals, organisations and the whole Essex system to develop collaborative future leaders, expand expertise, achieve ambitions and deliver outcomes for local people.
Leading Greater Essex is a 12-month leadership development programme that is bespoke to the needs and ambitions of Essex and will launch in June for 50 senior professionals across the public and voluntary sectors in Essex, Southend and Thurrock.
Leading Greater Essex will build collaborative system leaders by providing; expert leadership input, facilitated 121 coaching and learning, system leadership mentors, whole system networking opportunities and applied learning through the delivery of practical projects that will benefit Essex residents.
The programme is open to senior professionals that are already displaying high leadership potential, strong leadership behaviours, personal commitment to learning and development and whole-system collaboration.
Participant nominations can be made to email@example.com before 23 April and require Chief Executive/Chief Officer support. There is no limit to the number of nominations each organisation can make; however we will be looking to ensure that the final group reflects both the county and the sector’s diversity and geography.
